Russians attack utility vehicle in Kherson region: one killed, another in hospital

On November 18, Russian troops used a drone to hit a utility vehicle at around 2:00 p.m. at the entrance to Novovorontsovka in Kherson region.

This was reported by the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, expressing condolences to the deceased’s relatives.

A 61-year-old utility worker died as a result of the attack. His 50-year-old colleague received an explosive injury and concussion – the man is currently in hospital and receiving necessary medical care.
