Russians attacked a civilian house with a drone in Sumy region: one injured

Under the procedural leadership of the Shostka District Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation is being conducted into the fact of committing war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

According to the investigation, on April 3, 2025, the Russians attacked, according to preliminary data, a civilian house with an FPV drone in the territory of the Esman community of the Shostka district.

As a result of the attack by the Russians, a 57-year-old resident of the household was injured and hospitalized.

Prosecutors, in cooperation with other law enforcement officers, are documenting the consequences of the shelling.

The pre-trial investigation is being conducted by investigators of the Shostka District Police Department of the Main Directorate of the National Police in Sumy region, the regional prosecutor’s office reported.
