Russians attacked Chernihiv region with drones: man killed, trucks and equipment destroyed

On the night of May 31, Russian troops attacked settlements in Chernihiv region with drones. As a result of the strikes, a person was killed, residential buildings, transport and property of enterprises were damaged.

This was reported by the Communications Department of the Chernihiv region police.

The most serious consequences were recorded in Koryukiv district. Due to the drone attack, a fire broke out in the parking lot of one of the enterprises. A local resident born in 1967 died. The fire destroyed seven trucks.

In the Horodnyansky community of Chernihiv region, Russian military attacked a truck with a trailer. As a result of the hit, the vehicle was completely destroyed.

In Semenivka, a Russian drone damaged a private residential building.

Also in the village of Prybyn, Koryukivskyi district, a drone hit a private household. A tractor was damaged.

Law enforcement officers are documenting the consequences of the attacks, recording the destruction and collecting evidence of another war crime by the Russian Federation. Information about the events has been entered into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine – violation of the laws and customs of war.
