Russians attacked five districts of the Kharkiv region – a woman died, nine people were injured

The Russians struck the Kharkiv, Bogodukhov, Kupyanskyі, Chuhuyiv and Izyum districts on August 4-5.

During the day from August 4 to 5, Russian troops struck five districts of the Kharkiv region – Kharkiv, Bogodukhov, Kupyanskyі, Chuhuyiv and Izyum districts. In the village of Ogurtsivka, Shevchenkivsk community, a local resident died as a result of a guided bomb strike, and nine more people were injured in various settlements of the region. The Russians continue to strike along the Kharkiv-Sumy highway and adjacent settlements, in particular in the Bogodukhov district. Dozens of private houses, dormitories, shops, cars and power lines were damaged.

In the village of Slatyne and the city of Dergachi in the Kharkiv region, private houses, outbuildings, a dormitory and damaged power lines were destroyed, the Kharkiv regional police reported on Telegram. In Balakliya, three people were injured, private houses, an apartment building, shops, cars and power lines were damaged.

In Bogodukhov, two women aged 44 and 61 were injured due to Russian strikes, and two more women suffered acute stress reactions. Civilian enterprises, private houses, outbuildings were partially destroyed, a car and power lines were damaged. Damaged residential buildings and infrastructure were also recorded in the settlements of Katrychivka, Makarove, Karasivka, Odnorobivka and Baranivka.

In the village of Ogurtsivka, a local resident died from a guided bomb strike, and a 76-year-old man and a 72-year-old woman suffered acute stress and acupressure injuries. Private houses were destroyed, and in the village of Velykyi Burluk, a drone damaged an apartment. In the territory of the Kupyansky district, a wheat field was on fire due to the attack, in the Izyumsky district, an agricultural machinery warehouse, a truck, and an apartment building were damaged.

In Chuguyev, power lines were damaged, in the village of Pechenyhy, forest litter and a civilian car caught fire, and in the village of Shevchenkove Pershe, a house burned down.

Police officers conducted 12 inspections of the scene of the incident and entered information on 40 criminal proceedings related to the armed aggression of the Russian Federation into the Unified Register of Pre-Trial Investigations. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Kharkiv region investigators have entered into the ERDR information on over 31.6 thousand war crimes committed in the region.
