
Under the procedural leadership of the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, pre-trial investigations into violations of the laws and customs of war (Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) have been initiated. This was reported in the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, on July 23, the Russians carried out massive attacks on industrial facilities in the Kholodnohirsky district of Kharkiv. Buildings and premises of enterprises were damaged. Windows were broken in nearby multi-apartment residential buildings. Nine people were injured.
The Russians also launched a missile attack on a factory in the city of Lozova. Previously: one person died, four were injured. The search for two more people continues.
Later, the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine reported that the number of victims of the Russian missile attack on Lozova had increased to three. “Unfortunately, two people, whose search continued on the territory of the enterprise in Lozova, were found dead,” the message reads.

According to preliminary data, Russian strikes on Kharkiv and Lozova were carried out by Iskander missiles.
Prosecutors and police investigators are taking all possible and appropriate measures to document war crimes committed by Russian servicemen.
