On July 26, at about 8:00 p.m., the Russians dropped ammunition on one of the villages of the Marhanets community. The consequences of shelling Nikopol region and region over the past day, told the police.
They shot at a residential building – two men aged 60 and 47, and women aged 58 and 40 were injured. All the victims were provided with necessary assistance.
The Russians also targeted Nikopol, Marhanets and the villages of the Chervonohryhorivska, Myrivska and Pokrovska rural communities. The following were damaged: an enterprise, private homes, and outbuildings. Roofs, walls, fences and windows were shattered.
In the Synelnyky district, the enemy attacked the Mezhivska and Velykymykhaylivska communities. Police officers recorded damage to infrastructure, an educational institution, and a private house.
The collected material evidence was included in criminal proceedings opened under Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (war crimes). Police officers continue to document the areas of shelling.
