This was reported by the head of the Sumy regional military administration, Oleg Grigorov: “The Russians struck the Glukhiv community with guided aerial bombs.
Unfortunately, a civilian died as a result of the strike on one of the enterprises. He received injuries incompatible with life. The identity is currently being established.”
Grigorov added that there are also other victims.
The commander of the Joint Forces Group, Mykhailo Drapatiy, said that the Russians want to create a 20-kilometer “buffer zone” along the border in Sumy and Kharkiv regions, which is why they are seizing border villages.
Russian troops have increased activity near the state border in Sumy region and are trying to expand the zone of control in border villages.
