Russians fired on rescuers delivering water to residents of Kostyantynivka: what is the condition of the victims

On February 17, Russian troops attacked with an FPV drone employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, who were delivering water to civilians in Kostyantynivka, in the Donetsk region. This was reported by the press service of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

“As a result of the shelling, two rescuers were injured, and a tanker truck for transporting drinking water was also damaged,” the report says.

The State Emergency Service added that the victims were hospitalized in a medical facility, where they are under the supervision of doctors. Experts assess the condition of the rescuers as moderate.
