Russians from the roofs of flooded buildings in the left-bank Kherson region fire at people trying to get out of the water trap

Serhii Khlan, deputy of the Kherson Regional Council, noted that the Russians have placed positions on the roofs of flooded buildings in the left-bank Kherson Region and are firing at people trying to get out of the water trap.

“On the left bank, the occupiers do not help people trapped in the water, and they do not allow help not only to our volunteers, but also to international organizations. The occupiers refused the UN mission to evacuate people from the flooded left bank of the Dnieper. People are left alone.” – emphasized Khlan.

According to a deputy of the Kherson Regional Council, the number of victims among the civilian population is increasing on the left bank of the Dnieper in the Kherson Region.

“Yesterday, the occupiers fired at three boats with civilians crossing from the left bank to the right. Three people were killed, 10 people were injured. The occupiers have placed positions on heights and on the roofs of houses and are firing at people who are trying to get out of the water trap.” – emphasized Khlan.
