Russian troops have been shelling one of the hospitals in the Dnipro district of Kherson since the night of February 16. This was reported on Facebook by the head of the Kherson city military administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
According to him, a direct hit was recorded at night in the laundry room of the medical facility – strikes were carried out from multiple rocket launchers. During the day, the polyclinic building came under fire. As a result of the attack, the facade was damaged, windows were broken and part of the offices were destroyed.
“Currently, two injured hospital workers are known – women aged 49 and 63. Both have concussions, mine-explosive injuries, shrapnel wounds,” wrote the head of the Kherson city military administration.
Shanko also informs that on February 15, Russian troops attacked one of the educational institutions in the Korabelny district of Kherson.
“The shells pierced the roof, damaged the walls. Neighboring houses were damaged,” the official said.
In addition to eliminating the consequences of the strike in this area, a significant amount of work remains in the center of Kherson. As noted by the military administration, this part of the city is regularly shelled by multiple rocket launchers and cluster munitions, which also damaged the roofs of residential buildings there.
