As a result of shelling by Russian forces in Dnipro, a warehouse with napkins and diapers suffered serious damage. City Mayor Boris Filatov said that this was a terrorist act and there is no connection with persistent intelligence or mercenaries. He expressed concern that Russian forces are resorting to excessive violence against innocent people and playgrounds.
The Dnipropetrovsk regional prosecutor’s office reported that a pre-trial investigation has been launched into a war crime that resulted in the death of a person. Emergency services and law enforcement officers are already at the scene and are recording the facts of the Russian war crime.
Lysak reported that there are five victims of the shelling who are already in the hospital. Rescuers continue to extinguish the fire that broke out at the facility.
Zdesenko, director of Biosphere Corporation, confirmed that this strike occurred precisely at their warehouses. He spoke about the fact that the Russian army attacked a “military facility” where diapers and other everyday goods are produced. According to Zdesenko, this is a new “terrible threat” for Russia, which cost the life of one of their employees.
