On July 30, the Russians hit a civilian enterprise in the village of Vasyshcheve. As a result of the shelling of the Kharkiv region, one person was killed, four others were injured.
The Russians hit Vasyshcheve with two missiles targeting the S-400 air defense system, said the head of the Kharkiv region’s investigative department, Serhiy Bolvinov.
After the Russian attack on July 30, a large-scale fire broke out on the territory of a civilian enterprise in the village of Vasyshcheve, which is part of the Bezlyudivska community of the Kharkiv region. This was reported by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine and the head of the Kharkiv regional military administration, Oleg Synegubov.
According to preliminary data, as a result of the shelling, one person was killed, four others were injured, three of them were hospitalized. The strike hit warehouse buildings with a total area of about 20 thousand m², and the total area of the affected facility is over 30 thousand m².
Due to flammable structures and a large number of civilian products — in particular food products — the fire spread quickly. More than 100 rescuers, about 50 pieces of equipment, as well as a fire engine were involved in extinguishing the fire.
Two employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were injured during the fire: one suffered heat stroke and carbon monoxide poisoning, the other – burns. The fire has now been localized. Explosives technicians, firefighters and all necessary services are working at the scene.
The type of weapon used during the attack is currently being established. All circumstances of the incident are being investigated by emergency and law enforcement agencies.
On the night of July 30, the Russian army attacked Kharkiv with kamikaze drones. Explosions were heard in the Shevchenkivskyi and Slobidskyi districts. Three people were injured in the strike on the Shevchenkivskyi district – a 33-year-old man and two women aged 24 and 62.
