Russians hit civilian infrastructure in Odessa region. One person was killed and injured

On the night of September 23, the Russian military struck civilian infrastructure in Odessa region. As a result of this attack, one person was killed and injured. Social facilities were also damaged.

This was reported by the head of the Odessa regional military administration, Oleg Kiper.

After the Russian strikes, fires broke out in the central part of the city of Tatarbunary, Belgorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odessa region, and the buildings of the hotel, Ukrposhta, Ukrtelecom, and the House of Culture were also destroyed. Trade stalls and cars were also damaged. A woman also died as a result of the attack.
