Russians hit communities in Nikopol district of Dnipropetrovsk region

During the day of January 11, Russian troops shelled the Nikopol district, using FPV drones and heavy artillery. The Pokrovska community of the Synelnykу district was also hit, where the Russians directed a guided aerial bomb.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Oleksandr Ganzha.

According to the head of the regional military administration, during the day of January 11, the Russians attacked the Nikopol region with FPV drones and shelled settlements with heavy artillery. The district center, as well as the Marhanetska, Myrivska and Pokrovska communities came under Russian fire.

Currently, experts are examining the affected areas and determining the extent of the destruction. It is preliminary known that there were no casualties.

In addition, the Russians struck the Pokrovska community of the Synelnykу district using a guided aerial bomb. The attack damaged a store that was out of service. No people were injured.

On the night of January 11, Russian troops carried out a massive drone attack, including in the Dnipropetrovsk region. According to the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, since the evening of January 10, the Russian Federation has launched 154 strike drones, of which 125 were shot down or suppressed by air defense forces.

On the night of January 11, air defense was operating in the Dnipropetrovsk region – the defenders of the sky destroyed a Russian drone.
