On January 25-26, Russian troops targeted the Kherson CHP using artillery and drones.
This was reported by Naftogaz CEO Serhiy Koretskyі.
He noted that the Kherson CHP was the only centralized heat supply facility for tens of thousands of city residents. Naftogaz, together with local authorities, is already working to provide the population with alternative heat sources.
In the near future, an additional 950 gas heaters will be delivered to Kherson along with cylinders. In parallel, measures are being implemented to organize backup heat supply.
“The heat situation in Kherson is one of the most critical,” Koretskyі said.
