Russians hit police officers in the Kharkiv region

On the evening of May 30, Russian troops struck with an unmanned aerial vehicle on the territory of the Chuguiv district. As a result of the Russian attack, two employees of the Chuguiv district police department who were on duty in the service area were injured.

This was reported by the Kharkiv regional police.

One of the law enforcement officers received shrapnel wounds, the other – acubarotrauma.

The injured police officers were taken to a medical facility by an emergency medical team for necessary medical care.

A police service car was also damaged as a result of the explosion.

“Specialized services worked at the scene. Law enforcement officers documented the consequences of the Russian attack, inspected the scene and collected material evidence. Investigators opened criminal proceedings under Article 438 (war crimes) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine on the fact of a war crime,” the report says.
