Russians hit three Ukrposhta vehicles during the day, one injured

On June 16, there were several hits by Russian drones on vehicles belonging to JSC Ukrposhta; the driver was injured.

It was reported by the company’s CEO Igor Smilyansky.

“Russians attacked our vehicle in Zaporizhia. Thanks to the professional actions of the security guard, we were able to quickly provide first aid to the driver and return the vehicle to a safe place. The driver is currently in the hospital,” the report says.

Two more vehicles were destroyed during loading in Nikopol. Fortunately, all employees were in shelter and were not injured.

In total, since February 24, 2022, Ukrposhta has already lost 425 units of vehicles. Taking into account experience, the company is working on additional measures to reduce the risks of similar attacks in the future.
