On April 11, at around 3:30 p.m., Russian troops attacked a trolleybus in the Korabelny district of Kherson with an FPV drone. The strike hit a public transport vehicle that was on the route.
According to preliminary data, the trolleybus driver was seriously injured as a result of the attack. He was urgently taken by ambulance to a medical facility in extremely serious condition.
Medics fought for the life of the victim and provided him with the necessary assistance. Information about possible other victims is being clarified.
Later, at 17:29, the head of the regional military administration reported that doctors were unable to save the seriously injured trolleybus driver. He died from his injuries in hospital.
