Russians hit Zaporizhzhia with guided bombs: one person killed, at least 21 injured

One person was killed and at least 21 others were injured in a Russian attack on Zaporizhzhia with guided bombs. The Russian strikes damaged private homes, apartment buildings, cars and warehouses.

According to the head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov, one of the Russian guided bombs hit a private sector of the regional center. Initially, there were reports of a dead person and a person who may have been under the rubble. Later, rescuers unblocked the victim and handed him over to doctors, and also retrieved the body of the deceased from under the rubble.

Initially, doctors reported two victims with acute stress reactions. Later, the number of injured increased to 21. All are receiving necessary medical care. Doctors assess the condition of the two women as moderate.

In addition to private housing, the repeated strikes damaged multi-storey residential buildings, cars and warehouses. A fire broke out at one of the facilities.

Rescuers, medics, police and other emergency services are working at the scene of the strikes. The elimination of the consequences of the Russian attack is ongoing.
