Russians Hold the City of Mariupol Hostage

The video shows the line for drinking water. During the peacetime, this cistern was used to carry the water for watering the streets. The city occupied by the Russian troops has no food, medicines, heating, and the central water supply system is broken. The Ukrainian side is unable to deliver humanitarian aid and to evacuate people due to constant enemy shelling. At the same time, the Russians constantly broadcast a picture for their TV channels as if they have entered Mariupol on a peacekeeping mission.
