Russians “hunt” for police officers in Kharkiv region

There is a tendency on the part of the Russian Federation to “hunt” for police officers. Five law enforcement officers were injured in two days.

This was stated by the head of the Kharkiv region police, police colonel Petro Tokar.

According to him, five police officers were injured in the course of their official duties in two days. All the injured are in medical institutions. Doctors assess their health condition as moderate. They have been provided with psychological support, as well as the necessary medications.

“As soon as the Russian military sees a branded car with flashing lights and any stickers that say it’s the police, they try to impress them with drones and other means,” he noted. “We always try to stay on the side of the people, to help them. That’s why recently we’ve been using hidden-type cars for work, without any logos. To expose police officers to less danger, but still provide police services to citizens who remain in settlements where active hostilities are taking place.”
