
Russians destroyed a large critical energy infrastructure facility in Kharkiv on January 15.

Earlier, the Chairman reported on a massive attack on the city and a series of arrivals. According to Terekhov, the Emergency Situations Response Headquarters is working 24/7, emergency services and specialized specialists are on site.
We are doing everything possible to minimize the consequences of enemy strikes and maintain control of the situation. I believe in our utility and energy workers – they have repeatedly proven that they can work in the most difficult conditions.
