This was reported by the head of the Kherson city military administration, Roman Mrochko.
The driver of the car called the medics. A 65-year-old man has a contusion, a mine-explosive injury, shrapnel injuries. The condition of the victim is assessed as light. Then the man will be treated on an outpatient basis.
