Russians launch massive UAV strike on Zaporizhzhia: 29 injured, high-rise buildings damaged

On May 1, from 22:05 to 22:20, Russian troops launched a massive UAV strike on Zaporizhzhia: high-rise buildings, an educational institution and an infrastructure facility were damaged. As a result of the night enemy attack, 29 people were injured.

This was reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov.

In total, during May 1, the Russians launched 589 strikes on 16 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region.

The Russian troops carried out 17 air strikes on Zaliznychne, Novoandriyevka, Sviatopetrivka, Zelenye and Tsvitkovye. 349 UAVs of various modifications attacked Zaporizhzhia, Bilenke, Kamyanske, Hulyaipole, Shcherbaki, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne and Novodarivka.

Also, 9 MLRS attacks covered Orikhiv, Hulyaipole, Novodanylivka and Charivne. 214 artillery attacks were carried out on the territory of Kamyanske, Hulyaipole, Shcherbaki, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Charivne, Novodarivka and Pavlivka.

142 reports of damage to apartments, private houses, cars, garages were received.
