Russians massively shelled Chernihiv region

Russian troops do not stop energy terror against Ukraine. On the night of December 7, the Russian army massively attacked the Chernihiv region with strike drones. In the Chernihiv region, drones hit a critical infrastructure enterprise and an energy facility. Several settlements were knocked out of power, said the head of the regional military administration, Vyacheslav Chaus.

In the regional center, a Geran type UAV attacked a thermal energy facility. In the Horodnyansky community and the city of Mena, the occupiers hit enterprises. In Novgorod-Siverskyi, drone strikes damaged a medical college, private residential buildings, and a district police department. A 50-year-old man died in one of the houses. A policewoman was injured.
