Russians massively shelled Kharkiv Region, residential buildings were damaged

On November 17, Russian troops shelled at least 14 settlements in the Kharkiv region.

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Synegubov.

In particular, the following were under enemy fire: Veterinarne of the Kharkiv district, Budarki and Vovchansk of the Chuguyiv district, Dvorichna, Synkivka, Petropavlivka, Ivanivka, Berestov, Kurylivka of the Kupyan district and other settlements.

Residential buildings and commercial buildings were damaged. No civilian casualties were recorded on November 17.

The head of the region also informs that demining is in progress. During the day, pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service examined more than 7.9 hectares of territory and neutralized 58 explosive objects.

As of November 18, 283 children were evacuated from dangerous communities in the Kupyan district. 12 more are to be evacuated. The evacuation is ongoing.
