In the Kherson region, the prosecutor’s office is investigating the injuries of five civilians who received them during Russian shelling on December 26.
The Kherson regional prosecutor’s office reported this: “Under the procedural guidance of the Kherson region prosecutor’s office, an investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched. According to the investigation, on December 26, the Russian military shelled settlements in the Kherson region using artillery and drones. As of 5:30 p.m., five civilians were injured.”
It is noted that in the morning, the Russians attacked Darivka with artillery. As a result of the shelling, a man was wounded in the neck and lower limbs. Two more people were injured due to the dropping of explosives from a drone in the Dnipro district of Kherson.
In addition, a woman who was injured in the shelling of Beryslav was hospitalized in serious condition. And the person injured in the shelling of Komyshany was provided with medical assistance on the spot.
As a result of Russian shelling, civilian objects were damaged in the region, in particular private and apartment buildings, as well as vehicles.
As a result of Russian shelling, an elderly couple in the Dniprovsky district of Kherson and a 42-year-old man in the village of Komyshany were injured. The Russians shelled the village of Dar’ivka in the Kherson region, a 48-year-old man was wounded. The Russian military shelled the city of Beryslav, an 83-year-old woman was wounded.
