Russians shell Kherson region, one dead

At around 2:00 p.m. on January 19, Russian artillery shelled the Red Lighthouse in the Kherson region. A 24-year-old man who was on the street died as a result of the Russian strike, the head of the Kherson regional military administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported.

“A 24-year-old man who was on the street at the time of the strike was mortally wounded as a result of the shelling. My sincere condolences to his family and friends,” the head of the regional military administration reported.

On January 18, the Russians killed three civilians in the Kherson region and wounded six more. The Russians shelled residential areas of the region and hit social infrastructure. As a result of the Russian strikes, 17 private houses, an outbuilding, and private cars were damaged.
