On June 26, Russian troops struck the city of Kostyantynivka in the Donetsk region. Civilians were injured as a result of the attack.
This was reported by the head of the Kostyantynivka city military administration, Sergey Gorbunov.
According to local authorities, the Russians used artillery, a shell fell near the pharmacy building. Two civilians who were inside the building were injured as a result of the shelling.
“The injured were promptly provided with medical assistance on the spot by police paramedics, after which they were taken to the city hospital. As a result of the shelling, the facade of the pharmacy was damaged,” the message said.
Gorbunov also called on civilians not to ignore the threat and to evacuate to safer regions of Ukraine.
