At noon on January 2, the Russian army shelled Borova in the Izyum district of the Kharkiv region.

Under the procedural leadership of the Izyum district prosecutor’s office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation into the commission of a war crime (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.
According to the investigation, on January 2, at about 12:00, Russian troops shelled the village of Borova in the Izyum district.
According to the prosecutor’s office, an educational institution, a music school, non-residential buildings, private households, etc. were damaged.
No casualties. According to preliminary data, the Russian military struck the settlement with MLRS.
