Russians strike again at Sumy’s civilian infrastructure

At around 5 p.m. on October 23, Russians struck at the civilian infrastructure of the city of Sumy.

According to the Sumy city military administration, about 15 windows were broken in the attack in a nearby high-rise building.

Fortunately, no one was injured. All necessary services are working at the scene of the attack.
