The government emphasizes that experts are already assessing the extent of the damage and preparing to restore the damaged facilities.
“Russian terror does not stop. We are negotiating with partners to strengthen air defense and equipment for the rapid restoration of energy infrastructure,” said Deputy Energy Minister Svitlana Grinchuk. Recently, Russia has intensified strikes on energy and industrial facilities in eastern Ukraine, trying to disrupt critical infrastructure and create additional strain on the country’s energy system.
