On the afternoon of January 30, the Russians struck the center of Kramatorsk, Donetsk region.

As stated in the report, the Russians struck the center of Kramatorsk at approximately 11:05. According to the city council, mainly historical buildings were damaged.
As of 2:00 p.m., 13 victims are known, including two children, an 8-year-old boy and a 7-year-old girl. All are receiving all necessary medical care.
As the city council added, municipal services are working at the scene of the impact — ensuring the possibility of driving along the streets that were hit. Representatives of management companies also began to block the windows of the first floor.
The city council also noted that specialists from the Civil Defense Department are assessing the damage on site and providing advice on the possibilities of receiving assistance for quick repairs.
