Russians strike Kupyansk again: one person killed, two injured

Under the procedural leadership of the Kupyansk District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv Region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of a war crime that caused the death of a person (Part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine). This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.

The investigation established that on December 4, at about 18:00, the Russians once again shelled the city of Kupyansk. A hit was recorded in the private residential sector.

A 40-year-old man was killed. The mother of the deceased and a 61-year-old woman suffered an acute stress reaction.

According to preliminary data, the Russian army shelled the city with the MLRS Uragan.

Despite the difficult security situation, prosecutors, together with police investigators, are taking all measures to document the crimes committed by servicemen of the Russian Armed Forces.
