Russians strike on Burshtyn TPP area

On the morning of February 17, the Russian army struck the Carpathian region. This was reported by the head of the Ivano-Frankivsk regional military administration Svitlana Onyshchuk.

Before that, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine warned of Russian missiles in the direction of the city of Burshtyn, where a large thermal power plant is located.

The city lost heat and hot water.

Onyshchuk did not comment on the scale of the damage, but emphasized that there were no victims, and details will be provided later.

“In one of the communities, heat supply has been temporarily suspended – work is already underway to restore it,” her post says.
