The Russian army struck critical infrastructure in the Lozovsky district of the Kharkiv region, causing damage.
This was reported by the chairman of Lozova, Serhiy Zelenskyі.
Emergency power outages were applied in the area due to the strike.
As a result of Russian terror, boiler houses were de-energized and heat supply was stopped.
“Water management facilities are less powerful, so there is an opportunity to support water supply and drainage with alternative power sources,” the mayor said.
The Russians continue to attack Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, in particular in the Kharkiv, Odessa and Donetsk regions. Repair and restoration work is already underway at the damaged facilities.
