On March 29, the Russians attacked the right-bank Kherson region with drones, artillery, and mortars. As a result of Russian strikes, four civilians were injured, and a private and multi-story house, a car, and a museum building were damaged.
The press service of the National Police of the Kherson region reported on the consequences of the shelling.
At night in Novoberyslav, a Russian UAV operator dropped an explosive device on one of the streets. As a result of the explosion, an 83-year-old man received explosive and closed craniocerebral trauma, contusion, and a shrapnel wound to the hand.
Novoraysk, Naddnipryanske, Novovorontsovka, Zmiivka, and Komysany were subjected to artillery shelling. As a result of a shell hit in the latter settlement, a private house was damaged.
Antonivka was under artillery and mortar shelling and UAV attacks throughout the day. An apartment building was damaged by the explosion of one of the suicide drones.
Sadovoe and Prydniprovske were also under mortar shelling.
In the Central part of Kherson, the Russians dropped explosives from a drone on a car. The museum building was damaged by the debris from the artillery strike.
In addition, two men aged 38 and 48 who were injured on March 27 during the massive artillery shelling of the Central district of Kherson went to medical institutions on their own.
Police officers also evacuated a 47-year-old man who was injured on March 28 in Antonivka as a result of a drone attack to the hospital.
Investigative measures are currently being carried out within the framework of four criminal proceedings opened yesterday under Article 438 “War Crimes” of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
