Russian soldiers tortured to death Ruslan Rusnak, a 28-year-old resident of the village of Gornostaivka in the occupied Kherson region.
This is reported by the Center for Human Rights.
It is known that the Russians kidnapped Ruslan on November 20. The man was accused of passing information about the location of the occupation police building to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
After the abduction, Ruslan was taken to the same department. During the week, the Russian military interrogated relatives and acquaintances of the man, conducted checks. Relatives note that the Russians tried to find evidence of Ruslan’s involvement in corrections and cooperation with the Ukrainian army.
On November 28, the Russian authorities informed Ruslan’s relatives about his death.
“The Russians said that he had an ulcer and that’s why he died. However, he never had it. He may have had gastritis, but it was definitely not an ulcer,” his relatives say.
However, according to relatives of the dead man, almost all of Ruslan’s body was covered with bruises.
