Russians violate “calm down” regime, shell two cities in Donetsk region, killing three people

At around 10 a.m. on May 11, the Russians violated the “truce” regime and struck Dobropillya in Donetsk region with an FPV drone.

This was reported by the spokeswoman for the Donetsk regional prosecutor’s office, Anastasia Medvedeva.

“A man died as a result of the shelling. A 46-year-old civilian also received a mine-explosive injury and shrapnel wound,” the spokeswoman said.

At 10:50 a.m., Russian troops struck Mykolaivka. It is likely that the Russian army attacked the frontline city with a multiple launch rocket system.

Two men, aged 51 and 62, suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The Donetsk Regional Prosecutor’s Office is investigating the shelling of Dobropillya and Mykolaivka as war crimes, part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for up to 15 years or life imprisonment.
