Russians wounded 4 people and damaged houses in Kherson and the region in a day

Law enforcement officers are recording the consequences of Russian aggression in the Kherson region.

This was reported by the Kherson regional prosecutor’s office.

Under the procedural leadership of the Kherson district prosecutor’s office, a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) has been launched.

On July 15, 2025, Russian troops shelled settlements in the Kherson region. The enemy used drones, artillery weapons and multiple launch rocket systems.

As of 19:00, four wounded civilians are known: two in the village of Chornobayvka and two in the city of Kherson. The injured have been hospitalized and are receiving necessary medical care.

As a result of Russian attacks, residential buildings and civilian infrastructure facilities in a number of settlements were damaged.

Prosecutors and investigators are taking all necessary measures to document war crimes committed by Russian troops.
