As a result of the shelling, which Russian troops do not stop, on July 2 in the territory of Kherson region, seven civilians were injured. Law enforcement officers have already opened a pre-trial investigation into the facts of war crimes committed by the occupiers.

The Russian army attacked several settlements in the region and used artillery systems and drones. Kherson, Antonivka and Zmeyevka suffered the most. The artillery shelling of the regional center occurred at 4 am – one person was injured. During the day, six more civilians came under Russian fire.
In addition to the civilian casualties, private and apartment buildings, social infrastructure facilities, vehicles and administrative buildings suffered significant damage.
As a reminder, on the night of July 1, a Russian shell hit a high-rise building in the Central District of Kherson, damaging balconies and breaking windows. Fortunately, none of the residents were injured. According to eyewitnesses, the shell hit the fifth-floor balcony at around midnight.
