“Shaheds” hit an enterprise in Ternopil region

On the afternoon of April 1, Russian occupation forces attacked the Zalishchytsia community of Ternopil region with “Shahed” suicide drones. A large-scale fire broke out. The strike drones hit the enterprise. A fire broke out, rescuers are currently localizing the fire, the Zalishchytsia City Council noted. As of 2:26 p.m., the fire is localized. Drone attack in Bukovina damaged a power supply facility and left 17 villages without electricity

On April 1, during the Russian attack, 11 UAVs violated the airspace over Chernivtsi region. Two of them were eliminated by air defense forces, and another seven left the region. Two drones hit a power supply facility, causing a fire and temporarily cutting off power to 17 settlements in the Khotyn and Rukshin communities. There were no fatalities or injuries.

Specialized services are working at the scene. Power engineers will begin restoring power after receiving permission under safety conditions.
