Oleg Synegubov, the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, said this.
According to him, hospitals of the region are providing assistance to 41 victims, including three children.
“Four patients are in serious condition and underwent surgery. The condition of the 12- and 13-year-old children is average, with positive dynamics. Another 17-year-old girl is being treated on an outpatient basis,” he said.
Synegubov noted that it is more likely that these are not final data, because people continue to seek medical help after shelling.
Attack on Kharkiv
On June 22, Russian troops attacked Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. Four strikes were reported in the city. The regional military administration said that the Russians fired at a residential building. Initially, two dead and two wounded were reported.
Later, the number of victims began to increase sharply – 15, 18. Later, information appeared about three dead and 29 injured.
On June 23, the State Emergency Service reported two dead and 53 injured. The department also added that the rescue operation has been completed.

On the other hand, the Kharkiv police say that the number of wounded from this shelling is even higher.
“Already 54 people have been injured after the strike on Gagarin Avenue. Three minor girls, twenty-six women and twenty-three men. All these people are civilians, they were injured by the debris of an enemy Russian guided aerial bomb. The debris and the blast wave of this bomb damaged three residential buildings and more six non-residential buildings. Twenty-six civilian cars were destroyed,” said Serhiy Bolvinov, Head of the Investigative Department of the Kharkiv Region.

He also said that the rocket hit the road, and houses, cars and people were damaged by debris.
“The whole world should see what Ukraine faces every day. How a city in which more than a million people live is being destroyed. The blood of children is again on the hands of Russian beasts. They are trying to kill the hope of Ukrainian society. And we will not be silent about it – we are investigating, working, we find and preserve evidence of every war crime.
After studying the video, we established that the hit was in the road. And such large-scale destruction of the house was caused by debris and an explosive wave from a Russian aerial bomb. The victims died from the debris. We are currently continuing our work on the spot,” said the policeman.
On June 22, the Russians hit Kharkiv with guided aerial bombs. Later it became clear that the number of victims increased to 54, among them there were three children aged 12, 13 and 17.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyі showed the consequences of a Russian guided aerial bomb hitting a residential building in Kharkiv and noted that since the beginning of June, the Russians have used more than 2,400 guided aerial bombs, 700 of them in the Kharkiv region.

“The blast wave was very serious. Thousands of apartments were damaged. They were left without windows, without balcony frames and so on. Therefore, there is still a lot of work to be done,” Sinegubov said.
So far, it is known about one dead and five injured. Three more people were injured in another area of the city during another flight – there was an attack on a children’s educational institution, as reported by the chairman Ihor Terekhov.
Part of Kharkiv is now without power, the metro has stopped.
As Sinegubov noted, they are still waiting for information about the victims. Given the scale of the destruction, there will most likely be more appeals from the victims.
“The educational institution was working. The National Police repeatedly warned the management about the inadmissibility of working offline, and that the requirement of the Defense Council be fulfilled. That is, that educational institutions work either online or in protective structures. According to our information, this educational institution did not have a protective structure.” The head of the regional military administration emphasized.
Synegubov said that the number of victims of the airstrike in Kharkiv has increased again
The number of victims as a result of a series of air strikes on Kharkiv on June 23 amounted to 11 injured persons. All victims are aged between 15 and 63.
