From October 6 to 12, the Kharkiv region was subjected to massive shelling. Civilians were injured, dozens of buildings and transport were destroyed.

According to Oleg Synegubov, from October 6 to 12, the Russians attacked at least 29 settlements in the Kharkiv region, including Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, 17 people were injured, including a 12-year-old girl. One person died.
Four more residents, including a 17-year-old boy, were injured as a result of an explosion on explosive objects.
The Russians used various types of weapons: 2 missiles (type to be specified), 7 guided aerial bombs, 62 Geran-2 drones, 6 Molniya UAVs, 1 Lancet, 14 FPV drones and 4 more unmanned aerial vehicles of an unknown type.
The Kharkiv district suffered the greatest destruction – 18 private houses, an electric train, 2 cars were damaged, Kupyansky district – at least 7 residential buildings, outbuildings, a school, a warehouse, a factory, 4 cars, Izyumsky district – 4 houses, a shop, an agricultural enterprise, equipment and products. An ambulance was also damaged.
In Kharkiv, the Russian attack damaged an enterprise, windows in a high-rise building and outbuildings.
Units of the State Emergency Service extinguished 20 fires caused by shelling and neutralized 537 units of Russian ammunition.
