The WHO representative office in Ukraine reported that since the beginning of the full-scale war, the Russians have attacked Ukrainian medical institutions 1,940 times, Chroniclers reports with reference to Ukrinform.

“We note new patterns of attacks that are occurring. Over 2.5 years, 86% of all such attacks have involved healthcare facilities, with a significant proportion of such attacks using heavy weapons. In addition, since December 2023, attacks on health care facilities, confirmed by the WHO, have significantly increased – they occur almost every day,” the report said.
