On May 29, Russian troops fired artillery, mortars and unmanned aerial vehicles along the de-occupied right bank of the Kherson region.
Kherson, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Novodmitrivka, Dniprovske, Oleksandrivka, Sadove, Beryslav, Mykhailivka, Chervyn Mayak and Zmiivka were under fire from the Russian army.
The police recorded damage to private houses and a car.
In the afternoon of May 29, in Novodmytrivka, the Russian military dropped ammunition from a drone on civilians, two men aged 27 and 50 received contusions and bruises, and their car was also damaged.
The Russians also attacked Dniprovske with a drone. As a result of the explosion, a 59-year-old man was seriously injured, he had gunshot wounds to the body and limbs, traumatic shock, and a traumatic amputation of a part of his arm. Doctors are fighting for the victim’s life.
On May 29, Russian drones attacked Antonivka. In the evening, the Russian military dropped four explosive devices on a residential quarter of the village, a 61-year-old man was injured. Doctors diagnosed him with an explosive injury and a shrapnel wound to the chest. A residential building was also damaged in the village.
At approximately midnight on May 29, the Russian army covered Bilozerka with artillery fire. Two women aged 71 and 85 were injured, both with contusions, mine-explosive and craniocerebral injuries. In the settlement, two residential buildings were damaged by shells.
In Zmiivka, Russian artillery fire ignited dry grass, but the fire was quickly extinguished.
On May 29, explosions rang out in Kherson as well, the Dnipro and Korabelny districts were under Russian artillery fire.
