State Border Guard Service of Ukraine
Over the past 24 hours (March 10), almost 111,000 people and more than 15,000
vehicles crossed the state border of Ukraine in the Western part. Indicators show that
passenger traffic decreased slightly compared to the previous day.
Almost 94,000 people left Ukraine last night. Most of those who left – about 67,000
people – crossed the Ukrainian-Polish border. Currently, the accumulation of
pedestrians, cars and passenger buses in this area is minimal.
Over the past 24hrs, more than 17,000 people have arrived in Ukraine, almost
14,000 of whom are Ukrainians. Most of them are men who plan to defend the future
of their country. We are proud of our compatriots! By the way, in the last 15 days about
205 thousand of our compatriots have returned to Ukraine!
The SBGS REMINDS that all checkpoints on the Western border (except Dzvinkove)
are open 24 hours a day.
Border guards and customs officers are making every effort to expedite the registration
of persons leaving Ukraine and provide humanitarian assistance to the Ukrainian
population and defenders of Ukraine.
Over the past 24hrs, more than 800 vehicles with humanitarian goods have been
registered at the western borders.

Information on the SES units’ response to dangerous events (as of 09:00 on March
11) Over the past 24hrs, SES units made 577 trips, including 300 trips to eliminate
the consequences of Russian shelling of settlements and civilian infrastructure, and
rescued 57 people.
Pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service were involved 139 times, 210 explosive
devices were neutralized. At the state border in Zakarpattia, Odesa, Lviv and
Chernivtsi regions, SES, in cooperation with the Red Cross of Ukraine and local
authorities, set up 79 tents for heating and reception of citizens. Since its inception,
more than 198,000 people have been assisted.
The evacuation of the population totaling more than 449 thousand people 449 thousand

wave damaged windows in 8 apartment buildings (4-5 storeys). 1 person died.
At 09:29 the fire on the territory of the shoe factory in Dnipro was extinguished.
2) Khmelnytskyy rescuers continue to provide assistance to evacuees from the area of
active hostilities.
For many days, citizens could not leave their homes due to relentless shelling and
bombing by aggressors. However, people finally managed to do it through an organized
“green corridor”.
In Khmelnytskyy, rescuers and volunteers are the first to meet IDPs. SES members help
citizens get to their places of accommodation, as well as provide them with
psychological, informational and other necessary assistance. The SES is doing its
utmost to ensure that as many people as possible receive the help that citizens so
desperately need.

A joint battalion of the National Police has been set up to strengthen Kyiv’s defense,
First Deputy Interior Minister Yevhen Yenin said in an interview with Radio NV.
“In order to strengthen the defense of our cities, in particular Kyiv, a decision was
recently made to create a consolidated battalion of the National Police. He will perform
tasks primarily to combat possible enemy landings, help block out dangerous areas, as
well as perform other instructions of the Commander of the Kyiv Defense Forces, “said

Ukrainian defenders, the enemy sniper was noticed, who didn’t give rest to our fighters

With accurate machine-gun fire, one of the guardsmen destroyed an arrow that was at a
distance of more than 1000 m.
