Sumy was attacked by Russian drones for almost an hour: what is known about the consequences

Russia attacked the Sumy community with drones, civilian infrastructure and cars were damaged. Rescuers came under fire, there is damage to power lines.

On June 4, the Sumy community was again under a drone attack by Russian troops, which lasted almost an hour, one person is known to have been injured, the Russians are hitting civilian infrastructure, the Sumy regional military administration reported.

For almost an hour, the Russians attacked the Sumy community with strike drones. They are targeting civilian infrastructure on one of the city streets, the regional military administration reported.

According to the regional military administration, the person injured as a result of the first hit was provided with medical assistance on the spot. “Preliminarily, there are no other casualties,” the report says.

“Rescuers came under repeated fire while eliminating the consequences of the attack. Fortunately, none of them were injured,” the regional military administration reported.

As a result of the Russian attack, 4 cars, warehouses and power lines were damaged.

On June 3, Sumy was attacked by the Russian army with MLRS. 4 people were killed in the enemy attack, and 28 injured were known.

According to the Sumy regional military administration, six injured people are in serious condition after the attack on the Sumy community on June 3, including three children.

“One child is being prepared for transportation to the Okhmatdyt hospital in Kyiv for further treatment,” the regional military administration reported.

In total, 30 people sought medical help, it was reported. 16 injured people are currently in the hospital.
