Teachers in the temporarily occupied Kherson region were tasked with checking students’ phones for the presence of “extremist applications”

The Russians continue to put pressure on schoolchildren in the temporarily occupied territory of the Kherson region. According to the Center of National Resistance, employees of educational institutions were tasked by Gauleiter to check students’ phones.

Thus, the Russians are looking for children in the temporarily occupied territories who continue their online education in Ukrainian schools or use Ukrainian services.

“Yes, in the schools of the Kherson region, teachers (some of whom came from the Russian Federation) were tasked with checking students’ phones for the presence of “extremist applications”. In particular, it refers to the application “Edina Shkola”, – reports the Center of National Resistance.

As the Center of National Resistance added, the Russians are also interested in whether the Signal messenger is installed and the language settings and even the time zone on the phone.
