On April 28, the Russian military attacked a farm in the Kharkiv region with strike drones. As a result of the shelling, three dozen cows died, and farm buildings were damaged.
This was reported by the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor’s Office. A pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime.
According to the investigation, on April 28, at about 00:50, Russian troops struck the village of Mala Rokytna in the Kharkiv region. The Russians probably used ten strike drones of the “Shahed” type.
“As a result of the shelling, a calf pen, three cowsheds and storage facilities of a local farm were damaged. 30 cows died from the strikes,” the report says.
Under the procedural guidance of the Kharkiv District Prosecutor’s Office of the Kharkiv region, a pre-trial investigation has been launched into the fact of committing a war crime, stipulated by Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Prosecutors, together with police investigators, have recorded another war crime committed by the armed forces of the Russian Federation.
